2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
‧ Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
3. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
‧ The item is defective due to manufacturing error
‧ The item was damaged during shipping (requires photographic proof)
‧ You received the wrong product or size (must be unworn and in original packaging)
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Return Process

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted for custom items.
